Other Names: Abu 'Abdur Rahman, Abu Muhammad One of 3 famous poets of Prophet(saw). Other being Hassan bin Thabit and 'Abdullah bin Rawaha.
He was one of the three companions who were boycotted after they failed to join the expedition of Tabuk. They were forgiven by Allah after 50 days (Quran, 9:102)
